With winds persisting and increasing from an easterly direction over the last twenty-four hours the temperature at 0800 was 1.8C but felt like -1C taking into account the wind chill factor. There was minimal strong sunshine yesterday (0.13 hours) following the many hours enjoyed on previous days to act upon the temperature.
